Job Description:
We are hiring a Structural Specialist with strong experience in reviewing structural drawings and construction quality assurance. You will review plans, sections, and details to ensure accuracy and compliance, coordinate with Architecture, MEP, and Civil teams to identify errors and conflicts, and provide clear written feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review structural drawings for completeness and compliance
• Identify errors, omissions, and constructability challenges
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, Civil disciplines
• Document findings with comments and markups
• Collaborate with product teams to improve AI tools
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in structural drawing review or construction QA
• Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, masonry systems
• Experience with large-scale projects (high-rises, hospitals, stadiums)
• Proficient with Bluebeam or similar design review software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
