Job Description

Social Media Management:

  • Execute and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Craft engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.

Content Creation and Marketing

  • Create and optimize content for the company website, blog, and social media channels to drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Segment email lists for targeted marketing and track email campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing of email content to optimize open and click-through rates.

Paid Advertising:

  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor ad budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Develop ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key KPIs and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights to refine marketing strategies.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize marketing data.
