Senior/chief Manager - Combi Business - @ Talpro

Desired Candidate Profile

"Responsibilities:This position's primary job will be to drive Combi business in alliance with the Client's Life Insurance Partner.

- Align with Life Insurer's Sales heads to plan for Annual and monthly numbers

- Achieve targets set for the Client's agents selling Combi

- Drive contests and campaigns

- Ensure IRDAI compliance at all times.

- At least 5 years of experience in the Indian BFSI in a similar role

- Proven track record of managing Affinity Sales

- Personnel from Retail Insurance Background preferred

- Excellent knowledge of competition and industry

- Excellent project management skills

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
