Job Title: Voice and Accent Skills Trainer
The ideal candidate will be responsible forenhancing Communication skills, including - spoken English Proficiency, AccentClarity, Grammar, Writing skills and overall Professional skills of employees.
Job Requirements -
Design and Deliver trainingprograms focused on enhancing interpersonal, communication, and professionalskills among employees
New Hire and ContinuousLearning Program Trainings on Communication Skills
New Hire Support on Soft Skillsduring the Process Training and Pre Process Training followed with pre and postassessments
Consistent alignment withoperations by auditing calls & emails and conduct skill enhancementtrainings in line with the audits
Provide one-on-one coaching andsupport and focus on improving written skills and spoken English skills
Provide training on AmericanCulture and Accent comprehension and comprehensibility
Track and report improvementsand trainee / project related performance
Responsible to identify waysfor employees to improve their overall communication and presentation skillsincluding vocal delivery, articulation, body language, speaking techniques, andpersuasive dialogue
The job also includescurriculum and content development, module designing, and evaluating trainingfeedback




Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group trainingsessions to develop communication competencies in line with professional skillsgoals
Evaluate individualscommunication styles and provide personalized feedback for improvement inclarity, confidence, tone and speech patterns
Conduct voice and accenttraining sessions to neutralize accents and improve pronunciation, intonation,and clarity
Deliver English languagetraining, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and sentence constructionfor improving writing skills
Train and coach participants onsoft skills such as active listening, empathy, business communication, andcustomer handling techniques
Design and develop customizedtraining modules, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials tailored toindividual and team needs
Perform regular training needsanalysis (TNA) in coordination with operations and quality teams

Qualificationsand Experience
Education : A bachelordegree (any field) is required, with a degree inEnglish or a related field being good to have
Experience : Experience of 3-5 years as a Voice and Accent Trainer in aninternational voice process along with knowledge of American Culture and Accentcomprehension
Language Proficiency : Excellent command of spoken and written English is crucial,including strong knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spelling, and vocabulary
Important Skills :
o Strong interpersonal skills,customer experience knowledge, and the ability to inspire confidence intrainees are important, along with strong presentation, facilitation, andinterpersonal skills
o Ability to motivate and engagelearners from diverse backgrounds
o Should be comfortable with inperson classroom delivery and virtual training tools (e.g. MS Teams)
o Self-motivation, adaptabilityto different situations, understanding of voice auditing and feedbacktechniques

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) isexpected
Other skills -
o Familiarity with adult learningprinciples and online training tools/platforms.
o Good to have proficiency inusing LMS platforms
o Good to have - knowledge ofhealthcare staffing and recruiting
o A strong team player with apleasant disposition to inspire and motivate trainees
