Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement and manage ITSM and CSM processes.
• Create and maintain workflows and flow designs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

Preferred candidate profile

•  Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
•  Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM best practices.
•  Experience with Domain Separation.
•  Familiarity with ITBM/PPM modules.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
