Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Skills Required:

• SQL Server Development (index creating, storage)
• SSRS  Reporting
• Extended SQL server integration
• Data modelling
• Manage, store in SQL

Responsibilities:

1. Implement robust data flow designs ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines.
2. Work on event-driven architectures and ensure accurate consumption and processing of data events.
3. Design and implement data models and schemas in SQL Server based on the nature and structure of incoming data.
4. Proficient in implementing robust index and partition design in SQL Server.
5. Troubleshooting database bottleneck issues for efficient storage & data retrieval.
6. Understanding of Medallion architecture and implement it in SQL Server. 
7. Good understanding of JSON data storage in SQL Server and flatten it for reporting usage. 
8. Solid understanding of data integration patterns, transformation logic, and data quality checks.
9. Good understanding of event streaming concepts, data ingestion, and near-real-time data processing.
10. Reporting experience on Power BI is good to have.
