Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

1. Support sales activities

2. Assist customer with providing required information about the Company and its products for allowing them to directly avail the Digit Life Insurance Policy from the company website.

3. Assist the customer with technical support in case they are unable to complete their online buy journey on Company website/portal.

4. PTEs would be required to work remotely for minimum 4 (four) hours per day. PTEs would be required to work 6 (Six) days in a week as per the rostering that will be done by their managers or supervisors.

Salary: Minimum wage based on experience
