Job Title: Project Manager (Banking domain)
Job Type: Full Time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week from Office)
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Gurgaon
Job Description
Project Management:
1. 100% contractual compliance to
a. SLA and deliverables commitment
b. Zero security or confidentiality breaches
2. PHI* 90%
3. 100 % compliance to pre delivery code audit (PDA)
4. Pega Guardrail compliance (minimum 90% adherence)
5. Improving trendline release over release or quarter over quarter for
a. Defects
b. Schedule variance
c. Effort variance
d. Resource productivity
6. Demonstrated prevention of revenue leakage by appropriate levers (change control, scope control, time booking, rates accuracy, etc)
7. At least one industrialization / innovation concept or tools implemented with demonstrated savings this idea to be approved by Solution office
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of projects as per contract and aligning to the company strategy, planning and implementation rules and regulations
- Closely working with Clients and Business leaders and lead a healthy Project margin
- Training and development support
- Managing Employee Engagement at account level
- Defining KRAs, score cards and measuring performance of the employees of the account
- Act as change agents in building a diverse, fun-filled and energized work culture and lead by example in fairness, transparency and trustworthiness
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of extensive project delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience in Client Management, Stakeholder Management and Financial management
- Practical experience in OD programme implementation.
- Proven track record with Project management techniques.
- Experience in capturing metrics and producing various Project reports
- Strong written and vocal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications -
- PMP
