Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and deliver training content for CloudAtlas SaaS and AI Factory solutions, with a focus on eLearning, digital modules, and virtual instructor-led courses
- Build structured learning paths for partners and customers covering cloud migration, modernization, and AI adoption
- Design partner and customer certification programs to validate knowledge of UnifyCloud solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and consulting teams to ensure technical accuracy and business relevance of training materials
- Develop quick start guides, playbooks, job aids, and other enablement content to simplify product adoption
- Implement learning effectiveness measures, including training adoption rates, certification completions, and content refresh cycles
- Manage the training platform and ensure timely updates to curricula as products evolve
- Support channel enablement by equipping distributors, CSPs, and hyperscaler partners with scalable training content
- Provide secondary support for internal training on CloudAtlas and AI Factory as needed
Relevant Candidate :
- 7+ years in Learning and Development, Training, or Instructional Design roles for enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud technologies
- Proven experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate
- Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization concepts and AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, AI services, or applied AI in business)
- Ability to translate complex technical subjects into engaging training modules for mixed audiences (business and technical)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work across product, engineering, and field teams
- Experience working with or for hyperscale's (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) a strong plus
