Job Description

As a Testing Lead at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role involves leading the Engineering team and spearheading the development and integration of Microservices for innovative banking solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to create and implement APIs that elevate customer experience and foster business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks for Web, API, and Kafka - Demonstrate proficiency in Performance testing - Utilize skills in Core Java, Selenium, and Testing - Generate and run automation test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing - Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution during builds and deployments - Employ Git for version control, ensuring effective branching, merging, and repository management - Strategize, create, and implement manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Analyze test results, pinpoint bugs, and collaborate with developers for prompt issue resolution - Provide guidance to junior QA engineers on automation best practices, tools, and frameworks - Enhance efficiency and reliability by continually refining the automation framework and processes Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA),
