Python Automation Lead @ Capgemini

As a Python Automation Lead, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance software quality and delivery speed. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of automation frameworks using Python and tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. - Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. - Integrating DevOps tools such as SonarQube and Coverity for code quality and security analysis. - Utilizing SQL and performance monitoring tools to validate and optimize system performance. - Applying knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), security standards (TLS), and VoIP technologies (SIP). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Qualifications Required: - 6-12 years of experience in automation and software testing. - Strong programming skills in Python or similar scripting languages. - Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with SonarQube, Coverity, and performance monitoring tools. - Solid understanding of networking, security, and VoIP protocols. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
