- Role Overview: As a Solution Provider, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver effective client solutions. Your responsibilities will involve driving end-to-end processes, providing techno-functional support, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between project and support teams by utilizing your techno-functional expertise - Lead new business implementation projects by managing business requirements, integration, configuration, and production deployment - Evaluate the feasibility of change requirements and offer optimal solutions with clear timelines to clients - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations from system building to architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Understand both functional and technical designs to be implemented on ERP systems - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production - Translate business processes and requirements into ERP solutions by implementing ERP technology - Write code following developmental standards and determine the implementation methodology - Offer product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving client queries and technical issues - Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and enhance efficiency - Analyze technical and functional project requirements to provide appropriate solutions and advice to clients or internal teams - Provide support to on-site managers and offer off-site assistance as needed Qualifications Required: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications regularly to upgrade skills - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional and technical domains - Contribute to the knowledge base by writing papers, articles, and case studies for publication on the intranet Note: The company, Wipro, is described as an end-to-end digital transformation partner with a focus on constant reinvention.
