Job Description
- As a Lead Consultant - Network Manager at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership for networking methodologies and technologies, driving technical standards, and serving as a resource and consultant for internal development, operations, and support teams. Your responsibilities will include organizing, reviewing, writing, and publishing technical documentation, working collaboratively within an agile development team to define, design, develop, test, and implement cutting-edge networking and security solutions. You will also be involved in analyzing requirements, designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise monitoring tools and supporting infrastructure, as well as contributing to the continuous evolution and improvement of development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership for networking methodologies and technologies - Serve as a resource, consultant, and technical leader for internal teams - Organize, review, write, and publish technical documentation - Collaborate within an agile development team to define, design, develop, test, and implement networking and security solutions - Analyze requirements and maintain enterprise monitoring tools - Define and maintain processes for proactive monitoring of production and development environments - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes - Meet engineering design and deliverable deadlines with quality and minimal supervision - Willingness to work in flexible shifts and provide on-call support outside of regular hours Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Strong understanding of networking technology including SDWAN, routing, switching, and Meraki Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written - Strong experience in CISCO Network support, troubleshooting, and projects - Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar Please note that as a Lead Consultant - Network Manager at Genpact, you will be expected to work in a full-time capacity and be based in Hyderabad, India.
