Job Description

    Role Overview: Genpact is seeking applications for the role of Compensation Analyst. As a Compensation Analyst at Genpact, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis on US salary structures, coordinating and administering annual and mid-year salary increase processes, assisting in designing incentive plan programs, evaluating positions for placement in salary structures, reviewing off-cycle salary action proposals, participating in compensation surveys, and developing reports on compensation information and trends. Additionally, you will support the administration and reporting requirements for equity programs and ensure compliance with federal laws related to employee compensation programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market analysis on US salary structures and make recommendations based on geographic differences - Coordinate and administer annual and mid-year salary increase processes - Assist in designing incentive plan programs and oversee implementation and communication - Evaluate positions using market evaluation systems and recommend appropriate salary structure placement - Review off-cycle salary action proposals outside of established guidelines - Participate in third-party compensation surveys, analyze data, and recommend range adjustments - Develop reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing compensation information and trends - Conduct data audits to maintain clean compensation data within SAP - Support administration and reporting requirements for equity programs - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal laws relating to employee compensation programs Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in an HRIS and Compensation related role in Human Resources - Strong analytical skills to analyze data and create meaningful reports - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field - Certification in Compensation for Professionals (CCP) is a plus Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.,
