- You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing menus, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen staff. Additionally, you will maintain inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the management team to enhance the dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily kitchen operations - Develop menus - Ensure food quality and presentation - Manage kitchen staff - Maintain inventory - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with the management team to enhance the dining experience Qualifications: - Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, including Indian, Tandoori, Italian, Lebanese, and Oriental cuisines - Experience in overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory - Ensuring food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations - Developing innovative menus and creating unique dishes - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-cuisine restaurant - Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field,
