Job Description

Location: Gala Empire, Drive In Road

Designation: HR Executive

JD:

Recruitment & Staffing

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).

3. Onboarding & Induction

Conduct joining formalities and induction sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
