Procurement Associate @ Gainwell Technologies

We are seeking a skilled  Procurement Associate with hands-on procurement experience to support sourcing, vendor management, and end-to-end services procurement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP Fieldglass and adept at managing vendor relationships, approvals, and compliance while ensuring cost efficiency and process accuracy.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize procurement processes, and drive efficiency in sourcing and contract management. Your work will help the organization maintain strong vendor partnerships while achieving cost-effectiveness and operational success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor selection, and cost negotiations.
• Maintaining supplier databases and monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Handling end-to-end SAP Fieldglass operations, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking.
• Working across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) and supporting the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborating with sourcing, project, and category teams on work order creation and execution.
• Ensuring timely coordination with suppliers, finance, and receiving teams to drive seamless procurement activities

• Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement, sourcing, and SAP Fieldglass (knowledge of India/U.S. agreements required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and outcome-focused professional with strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
