Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle QTC Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of the Quote to Cash process using Oracle Cloud applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to streamline quoting, order management, Pricing and GOP/Order Promising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in the implementation and support of Oracle QTC modules including:
    • Quoting
    • Order Management
    • Pricing
    • GOP/Order Promising
  • Understand business requirements and design business process and solution configurations in oracle Quote to Cahs workstream, with specific focus on Order Management, Pricing ang GOP.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud applications for Order Management/Pricing/GOP and support end-to-end QTC processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the QTC cycle.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Provide user training, participate in test cycle and finalize solution

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud QTC modules as part of end-to-end implementation team or in a production support role.
  • Expertise in Order management and Pricing application features, with good process and product understanding of various order flows and functionality including pre-processing and post processing rules, processing constraints, TCA customer master structure, Global Order promising, Order orchestration, pricing entities including discounts, price list etc,
  • Cross- functional understanding of Oracle supply chain process and product functionality, understanding of cross module inter-dependency, application system functionality. Ability to see end to end picture
  • Understanding of inter-dependent supply chain modules including Product Information management (PIM), Inventory and Manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SDLC methodologies.
