About the Role
The Internal Product Manager will lead automation-focused initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into clear product specs for engineering. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, identifying automation opportunities, and learning product fundamentals under the guidance of experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Definition & Documentation
- Define product features and write detailed PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements for developers.
- Ensure requirements are comprehensive, unambiguous, and well-prioritized.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with internal teams to understand processes, pain points, and automation needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on problem statements, outcomes, and scope.
Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement
- Document current workflows and design improved, automated workflows.
- Track adoption and impact post-deployment, and refine solutions based on feedback.
What are we looking for :
- Background in product management with strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow mapping.
- Ability to translate business processes into clear, structured product requirements that engineering teams can directly execute.
- Experience in automation or internal product-building is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented and structured thinker who can create comprehensive PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to work with internal teams, understand pain points, and define solutions.
Note : This role is not a generic TPM position it is specifically for candidates who want to focus on requirement writing and internal product building.
