About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Team Lead IT Recruiter to manage domestic hiring

operations and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions across India. The

role requires hands-on recruitment expertise, strong leadership skills, and advanced

sourcing techniques such as Boolean search.

The ideal candidate will be a motivator, strategist, and result-oriented professional with a

proven record of building successful tech teams in a competitive hiring market.


Key Responsibilities :


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
  • Conduct training on sourcing, interviewing, and market trends.

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, and social recruiting across job portals (Naukri,

Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and referrals.

  • Build pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill IT roles (Developers, Cloud, AI/ML,

Cybersecurity, etc.).

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and selection criteria.
  • Share market insights and provide timely recruitment updates.
  • Maintain strong vendor/job portal relationships.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, submissions, interviews, closures).
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and data confidentiality.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian IT job market and hiring trends.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and job portals.
  • Team management and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR/IT or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of IT recruitment experience required
  • Proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level IT roles in the domestic market.

KPIs

  • Time-to-fill and quality of hires.
  • Recruiter productivity and closures per month.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Retention of placed candidates.
