Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Direct Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in IT product sales, preferably within the AI or SaaS space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals in the US region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales for our technology solutions in the North American region.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from outreach, demo, negotiation, to closure.
  • Present product features, value propositions, and ROI effectively to prospects.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals in the range of USD 50K to 100K.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and execution.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 6 8 years of experience in direct IT product sales (preferably AI or SaaS).
  • Proven success in closing international market deals (especially US).
  • Experience handling deal sizes between USD 50K 100K.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
