Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Module Lead Data Science with 57 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning , NLP, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading advanced AI/ML solutions while mentoring a small team of data scientists and engineers. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to complex business problems.
• Own project modules end-to-endfrom problem definition, data exploration, model development, evaluation, to deployment.
• Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to derive insights from unstructured data.
• Drive initiatives involving Generative AI and LLMs for real-time, intelligent applications.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, model performance, and documentation standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Solid experience in NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling) using tools like spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Proficient in building, training, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured datasets; strong command of SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable model development and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and communication abilities.
