Performance + Automation Testing Lead (LoadRunner + Selenium) @ Credera

Job Description

Role: Lead QA (LQA) Automation & Performance Testing

Experience: 8+ years of overall, min 3.5 to 5 years into Automation & Performance testing

Availability to join: 1 week to 15 days

Tech Skills:

• Over 8 years of total experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation as well as performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
• Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experienced in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
• Skilled in monitoring and reporting QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum or any other methodologies, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
• Banking domain experience is a plus, good to have. (Optional)
• Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
