Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically strong No-Code Developer to lead the design and development of our mental health support application using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Adalo, Glide, FlutterFlow, or Webflow with integrations). You will work closely with our core team to transform vision into an interactive, scalable, and user-friendly application.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Antardhwani mobile/web application.
- Build features such as user registration, session scheduling, support group chat, content library, feedback forms, and admin dashboards.
- Integrate third-party tools like Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or email services using APIs or automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make).
- Ensure the app is responsive, fast, and user-friendly across devices.
- Collaborate with designers, counselors, and program heads to align features with organizational goals.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Document the app structure, workflows, and user guidelines for long-term management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience building full apps using platforms like Bubble, Glide, FlutterFlow, Adalo, or Webflow + integrations.
- Strong understanding of app workflows, logic, database structure, and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with API integrations, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Integromat).
- Good command of English and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Background in tech, design, or development is a plus (not mandatory if skilled).
