Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Manager Patient Outreach & Acquisition to lead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new patients through partnerships, community engagement, digital platforms, and referral channels. This is a mission-critical role focused on ensuring that individuals who need support are aware of and can access our services with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement patient outreach strategies targeting NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and online channels
  • Identify and onboard new partners including psychologists, hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners for referral collaborations
  • Represent Antardhwani in mental health awareness events, webinars, and community health drives
  • Develop and disseminate outreach materials in print and digital formats to increase visibility of services
  • Track outreach performance metrics including lead generation, conversions, and engagement
  • Manage incoming inquiries and ensure seamless onboarding for new patients
  • Coordinate closely with counseling and program teams to align outreach with availability and delivery schedules
  • Maintain detailed documentation of outreach activities, partner interactions, and project outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or masters degree in social work, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in outreach, patient acquisition, or partnership development in healthcare or non-profit settings
  • Proven experience in building and managing affiliations with hospitals, educational institutions, and community organizations
  • Strong relationship management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience in vendor and agency management for outreach-related events and collateral
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and communication materials for diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language
