About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Manager - Business Development - APAC to join our high-performing Sales team in Bangalore. Youll be responsible for driving new business within the APAC market, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong client relationships. If you're passionate about B2B SaaS sales and eager to make a global impact from India, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify high-potential prospects across EMEA using tools, databases, and market research
  • Proactively reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations

2. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Own the entire sales funnel from prospecting to deal closure
  • Qualify leads, deliver compelling product pitches, and handle objections effectively

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their requirements for their needs.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Regularly update in the respective systems with customer information and sales status.

What Were Looking For

  • 6-9 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Account Management in B2B/SaaS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Bangalore office
