Job Title: React TypeScript Frontend Developer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Gurgaon [Hybrid (Local candidates preferred) US Shift]
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled React TypeScript Frontend Developer to design and build modern, scalable, and secure web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with deep expertise in React JS, TypeScript, and React Native, as well as a strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, dynamic, and scalable applications using React JS and TypeScript.
- Implement, manage, and collaborate through GIT repositories with proper branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Build and optimize reusable components and custom hooks for shared use across projects.
- Ensure application security, implementing best practices for authentication, authorization, and data handling.
- Work with React Native to deliver cross-platform mobile solutions.
- Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, caching, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
- Write and maintain unit tests/integration tests using modern frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and consistent code.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and tools.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in React JS and TypeScript (5+ years of production experience).
- Solid experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX).
- Hands-on with custom hooks and advanced React patterns (HOCs, context API).
- Proficiency in version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding of web security principles (XSS prevention, CSRF, JWT handling, OWASP).
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills using browser DevTools.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Knowledge of cloud deployments (AWS Amplify, Vercel, Netlify, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a front-end team.
- Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, Knockout.js).
- Experience with testing frameworks beyond basics (Playwright, Detox for React Native).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deployment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on React JS + TypeScript development.
- Track record of delivering production-ready, scalable, and secure applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
