Hiring for
1. Java Technical Project Manager(Chennai Location)
Experience Level - 10-15 yrs
Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving Java (Spring).
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Coordinate across frontend (Angular/React/Vue.js) and backend teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
Oversee development of Microservices, APIs, and real-time, scalable applications.
Ensure implementation of best practices in performance, security, and infrastructure management (AWS/GCP preferred).
Manage cloud deployments, CI/CD processes, and DevOps collaboration.
Identify risks, manage priorities, and maintain delivery timelines and budgets.
Work closely with distributed and multicultural teams; ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Mentor and guide team members; promote technical excellence and agile best practices.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.2.Open Source Project Manager
Experience Level 10 to 15 years
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in web application development.
Strong technical foundation in either Java (Spring Boot) or LAMP stack.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
Experience in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and backend frameworks like Node.js, Flask, or Django.
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, message queues, web sockets, and real-time systems.
Cloud experience (preferably AWS), containerization, and infrastructure automation. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools (Jira, etc.).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Can share resume to Vi****************l@as******s.com/or refer friends.
