Oracle CPQ Consultant @ Aspire Systems

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Managed Services engagement. It has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation program, consolidating business operations across 85+ legacy systems into a unified Oracle Cloud platform. This role will support and optimize their Quote-to-Cash processes by ensuring the Oracle CPQ solution is aligned with their evolving business needs in print, marketing, packaging, and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain Oracle CPQ Cloud application in a live production environment.
• Work closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues, enhance features, and ensure business continuity in the quote configuration and pricing process.
• Configure and optimize Product Rules, Pricing Rules, Commerce Processes, and Document Designer within CPQ.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between CPQ and Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance and SCM modules).
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex CPQ issues; create and manage Oracle SRs when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather enhancement requirements and implement changes using CPQ best practices.
• Participate in testing cycles for quarterly Oracle updates and regression scenarios.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud (Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, BML scripting, Document Designer).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including pricing strategy, approval workflows, and quote document generation.
• Prior experience with Oracle CPQ integration into Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM.
• Ability to work independently in a Managed Services support model with strong customer focus.
• Familiarity with CPQ optimization for high-volume, multi-product quoting environments like
• Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
