Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls for collections in line with client and company policie
Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional and persuasive manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitment
Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks
Provide timely updates and escalate issues where necessary
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer service)
Strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environmen
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
