Role & responsibilities
Plans and executes training initiatives that enhance necessary skillsets for an employee's current role. Selects or creates materials and appropriate delivery methods for programs on a variety of topics (soft skills, behavioural and management areas) to increase an employee's individual performance. Conducts training classes (virtual instructor led and live) and meets requirements and standards of the training effectiveness. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans and content including the method, media, and documentation to be presented. Prepares e-learn programs using tools available in the industry like RISE, Articulate etc. Leader of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope or coordinating department activities. Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives. Advises staff and partners with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and to develop solutions to issues. Accountable for department results. Establishes procedures and recommends changes to policies. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
