Job Title/Designation:

Associate Professor & HOD - Life & Allied Sciences Stream.

Job Description:

Locations:ITM Vocational University. Vadodara

1.Action plan based on Academic Calendar comprising of:-

-Assessing load off or the coming semester.

-Provisioning of staff as per load

-Allocating subjects to faculty members.

-Allocating labs to lab instructors.

-Planning for various seminars/conferences/other events.

2.Preparation of:-

-Time tables loading.

-Course files including Lesson plans,lesson scripts,notes, PPTs, Student Handbooks.

-Teach students of FY, SY, TY and M.SC student's as per Life & Allied Sciences subjects.

-Providing guidance and supervision to graduate students.

-Participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other faculty members.

-Identify and conduct topics for which remedial secession need to be conducted

-Conduct doubt solving sessions

Mandatory Requirements.

-PH.D.in the relevant academic discipline.

-4years of post PH.D.Experience is mandatory for applying for Associate professor.

-Minimum 8years of Teaching experience required.

-Published works would be advantageous.

-Excellent research,writing, and interpersonal.

-Having work experience in a Public Sector Undertaking is an asset but not mandatory
