• Job Description for AIOps Lead/Technical ArchitectExperienced AI/ML Technology Architect to lead the design and development of AIOps for our enterprise platform
• The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, architecture design, and enterprise scale system implementation
• This role involves identifying opportunities within the AIOps space, driving innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery
• Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in agile environments
• Mandate Skill- AIOPs, GenAI+Python+ITSM+IT Process AutomationExperiecne-8+ YrsLocation- Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida / MumbaiRequired SkillsProficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow etc
• Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms
• Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance
• Exposure to AnsibleExposure to Unix and Windows environments
• Exposure to have worked in SAP environments
• Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath
• Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processesExposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solution
