Job Description

Education & Experience:

Bachelor Degree preferably with an engineering background

0-5 year meaningful work experience, and preferably with a background in leading tech innovation projects and development teams

Proven track record in managing Network and Security for highly critical environments

Responsibilities & Duties :

Basic concepts of Router,switch,Firewall and Wireless

Providing First level troubleshooting and support to user

Communication Link Monitoring,ISP Follow up and call Logging

Ticket logging with support vendors for necessary Tech support

User Follow up for L1 issues and Resolution

Device AMC tracking and RMAs

Daily checklist for link status/Uptime

Network Inventory Maintenance and updation

Tracking Maintenance Schedules/calenders

Analytical thinking and rapid learning curve for new technology

Proper shift Handover
