Cluster Sales Manager @ Magicbricks

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Managing home loan sales and developing sales strategies
• Collaborate with DSA's and empanel them with Magicbricks
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.
• Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
• Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals
• Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise.
• Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD.
• Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.
• End to end follow-up until payouts and disbursements
• Hiring and maintaining the team
• Maintaining P&L for the location given

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in HL/LAP background and DSA management
• Should have a market connection in the area.
• Mandatory Team handling experience
