Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Tools Support L2 specialist in CMS IT Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot tools-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance tool performance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create documentation and training materials for end-users on tool usage.
Participate in incident management and problem resolution activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry operations.
Experience with tools support and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
