Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for internal/external software tools, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to tools and applications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to diagnose and fix tool-related problems.
Monitor tool performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.
Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
Assist with tool integration and automation tasks as required.
Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or vendors when necessary

Experience: 5 Years

Experience on Summit & solarwinds
Tech / B.E/ Technical Grads.
