Job Description

JOB DETAIL

The CNC Quality Lead will oversee all aspects of quality assurance in CNC machining operations. This includes ensuring that products meet customer and industry quality standards, managing a team of quality inspectors, and developing strategies for improving product quality, production efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality control processes and systems
• Oversee product inspections and testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in a machine shop or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, quality assurance techniques, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
