Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn based on target industry, designation,
and company size
- Connect with CXOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders via LinkedIn messaging, InMails,
and emails
- Clearly communicate Zarthis service offerings
- Schedule discovery or demo calls for the business team
- Maintain accurate outreach records and follow-up notes in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach
strategies
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and professional in tone and approach
- Strong LinkedIn, Calling and email outreach experience
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp company offerings offerings and pitch them
clearly
- Ability to handle objections and build interest among senior-level prospects
- Self-motivated, goal-driven.
- Can ask the right questions and understand pain points quickly during discovery calls
- Ability to identify patterns in prospect responses and optimize messaging for better
conversion
