Location: Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Noida- India

Entry-level (L1) role responsible for day-to-day operational support of endpoint and server anti-virus solutions and automated patch management. The person will monitor, triage, and remediate security alerts, ensure timely deployment of OS and application patches, maintain patch compliance reporting, and follow runbook procedures. This role is hands-on, process-driven and reports to the Security/Endpoint Operations lead.

• Monitor anti-virus/EDR dashboards and alerts (detection, quarantine, remediation) and initiate containment where required.
• Triage and investigate endpoint security alerts; escalate confirmed incidents per escalation matrix.
• Execute daily/weekly patching windows for Windows/Linux servers and corporate endpoints using the approved patch management tool.
• Validate, schedule and deploy patches (OS and major applications) following change control and maintenance windows.
• Perform post-deployment verification and rollback where necessary.
• Maintain asset and patch compliance records; produce and distribute compliance reports to stakeholders.
