Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and configure applications within Salesforce using Apex, Flows, and declarative tools.
Work on deployment activities using DevOps tooling (Flosum, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Collaborate with admins, product owners, and QA to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain clean, reusable code.
Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Document technical solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies as part of a delivery team.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Flows).
Strong experience with Salesforce deployment processes using Flosum and other DevOps tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Production) and release management.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Objects, Validation Rules, Security, Reports & Dashboards).
Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer) preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment.
