We are urgently hiring for Active Directory - L3 role for Gurugram Location.
Experience relevant for this job 8+ years of experience in Active Directory engineering, with at least 6 years in a senior or Level 3 role.

Key Responsibilities
- User and Group Management Create, modify, and manage AD users, groups, and permissions.
- AD Object Recovery Perform AD object recovery using native tools and AD Recycle Bin
- OU Structure Management Design and implement OU hierarchy based on organizational requirements.
- Delegation of Control Configure and manage AD permission delegation.
- Password Policy Configuration Manage domain-wide password policies and Fine-Grained Password Policies (FGPP).
- Domain Controller Management Promotion, decommissioning, and health monitoring of DCs.
- Time Synchronization Configure PDC Emulator and ensure time sync across all DCs.
- Replication Topology Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot AD replication.
- OU Creation Process Implement and standardize OU creation procedures.
- DNS Configuration Manage DNS settings including scavenging, forwarders, and conditional forwarders.
- Group Policy Management Configure, delegate, export/import GPOs, and troubleshoot policy-related issues.
- GPO Backup/Restore Maintain regular GPO backups and perform restores when required.
- AD Backup & Restore Perform and validate AD backups; execute restore procedures when needed.
- FSMO Role Management Manage and troubleshoot FSMO roles and operations.
- Trust Management Configure and troubleshoot inter-domain and forest trust relationships.
- Design and implement identity federation solutions (ADFS, Azure AD Connect, SAML, OAuth).
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and AD replication.
- Good understanding of FSMO roles, AD Recycle Bin, and OU design.
- Experience in backup/restore of AD and GPOs.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for AD administration (preferred).
- Knowledge of Trusts, Sites & Services, and replication topology.
- Familiarity with security best practices for AD infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE/Azure AD) are a plus.
