- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)

- Candidates with 12 months of BPO voice process experience are also welcome to
