IT Engineer @ SFO Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop/laptop support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems (laptops, printers, networks).
• Assist in maintaining DC,servers, networks, and security systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Respond to user queries via ticketing/email/phone.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Support IT team in project deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 02 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, and basic server knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or similar
