Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle user tickets for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and peripherals.
- Maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware/software as needed.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of Windows & Linux environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
- Support network-related tasks (IP, DNS, DHCP, security).
- Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and incident reporting.
Skill Set:
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, system monitoring, and backups.
- Good problem-solving & communication skills.
- Hands-on exposure to tools like TeamViewer, M365, antivirus/firewall solutions (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
