Job Description
- Handle and resolve technical support tickets related to PHP and other web technologies.
- Provide timely, effective, and accurate responses to user inquiries and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients, working closely with the development team as needed.
- Work on improving the ticketing system by ensuring all queries are tracked, updated, and resolved within the specified SLA.
- Assist in maintaining and updating PHP-based applications and ensuring they run smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and help improve the overall user experience.
- Continuously learn about new technologies and tools relevant to the role.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with handling ticketing systems or willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques for web applications.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and career growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of popular ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding of version control systems (eg, Git).
