Role & responsibilities


The Business Manager - Site Visit will play a crucial role in overseeing sales

functions and generating net sales and new revenue by managing high-net-worth

real estate developers. This role involves leveraging our extensive suite of

products to meet the needs of both existing and new clients. The ideal candidate

will possess significant experience in field sales and client management, with a

proven track record of supporting business objectives through strategic account

management and sales growth.

Account Management: Manage relationships with high-net-worth real

estate Builders, focusing on Category A+ and A Developer within the

assigned territory. Cultivate and enhance these relationships to meet and

exceed business targets.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential enterprise clients (Developer).Conduct market research and cold calls to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Client Visits & Meetings: Conduct regular field visits for face-to-face client meetings.
  • Account Management: product demos and presentations to CXOs and decision-makers. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate pricing and service terms to maximize business value. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with key accounts. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Collaboration & Relationship : Build long-term relationships with key accounts. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewals performance to management.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline is required. An MBA is a plus.
