Job Description
- Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes, policies, and standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal software development processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and recommend improvements.
- Conduct software process audits to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards (e. g. , ISO, CMMI).
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to integrate quality best practices across the SDLC.
- Ensure proper documentation of development processes, release protocols, and quality control measures.
- Identify and track software process improvement opportunities and drive implementation initiatives.
- Define and monitor software quality metrics (e. g. , code quality, defect leakage, process compliance).
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring quality issues.
- Support risk management and change control processes for software releases.
- Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e. g. , Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
