Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Developer with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical consulting, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Compensation modules
• This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to end to end implementations and develop technical solutions that meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Participate in at least 2 end to end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, focusing on changes only, to facilitate data extraction processes
• Create and implement Transformation Fast Formulas for inbound interfaces and generate BI Publisher Reports and OTBI Dashboards
• Design and develop Fast Formulas specifically for Payroll and Compensation modules to meet organizational requirements
• Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and rest api for data conversion and integration tasks
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance system functionality
• Good to have experience in developing Auto Completion Rules and Personalizations using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)

Mandatory Skills

• Over 7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
• Proven experience in at least 2 end to end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Hands on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Compensation modules
• Expertise in developing Changes only HCM Extracts and Transformation Fast Formulas
• Experience with BI Publisher Reports and OTBI Dashboards
• Proficient in developing Fast Formulas for Payroll and Compensation modules
• Experience with data conversion using HDL and rest api

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing Auto Completion Rules and Personalizations using VBCS

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
