Job Description
Role & responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications. Your role will involve understanding user needs, wireframing, prototyping, and designing visually engaging interfaces that improve usability and drive customer satisfaction.
User Research & Analysis
- Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Work on low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Visual & Interaction Design
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing UI designs following brand guidelines.
- Design UI components, icons, and layouts that enhance usability.
- Maintain consistency across the platform with design systems and style guides.
Collaboration & Handoff
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Document design decisions, user flows, and interactions for handoff.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (not mandatory but a plus).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in designing SaaS applications or B2B platforms is a plus.
- Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and usability test plans.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
